According to various reports, Quincy Reese, 16, was fatally shot in a South Los Angeles neighborhood. Between the 1700 block of 74th Street and Hobart Boulevard, a “shots fired” allegation was received on Saturday at about 11:52 p.m. Officers showed up in the vicinity.
