It is often said that “like father, like son”. Not surprisingly, Jack Scott Ramsay was expected to follow in the footsteps of his illustrious father and become a highly regarded chef. Well, Ramasy, instead, decided to create his path and follow it through.
He chose an entirely shocking profession that no one in his family saw coming. Ramsay is commonly referred to as his father’s doppelgänger, but it seems that is where the resemblance stops.

Jack Scott Ramsay was born in 2000 in England. He is the only son of Tana and Gordon Ramsay.
Ramsay attended one of the most prestigious high schools in the UK, Dulwich College. He subsequently proceeded to Exeter University, also situated in the UK.
Ramsay stepped into the limelight when he appeared on his family’s cooking television show, Matilda and the Ramsay Bunch. He has also appeared in other television shows like MasterChef.

Ramsay started his career in the entertainment industry in 2015. Following his passion for acting and TV, he made several appearances on Matilda and the Ramsay Bunch, which was his sister’s CBBC cooking show. Ramsay was one of the main cast of the show, which aired in April 2015.
He made his stage debut at the age of 17 at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, starring in the gothic mystery drama play, The Curse of Cranholme Abbey. He acted alongside other students from Dulwich College.

At the age of 20, Ramsay joined the Royal Marines, one of the five fighting arms of the British Royal Navy. In 2020, Ramsay’s father congratulated him on Instagram for joining the Marines.

In May 2022, Ramsay made a trip back home and had a reunion with his mother and sibling. In a photo posted by his mother on Instagram, Ramsay and his younger brother, Oscar, were seen hugging in the pool.

His father, Gordon James Ramsay is a well-known British chef, restaurateur, writer and television personality.
He is the founder of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, which has been awarded a total of 17 Michelin stars. One of his most famous restaurants, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in Chelsea, London, has held three Michelin stars since 2001.
Ramsay’s rise to fame began with his appearance on the British television miniseries, Boiling Point, in 1999. Since then, he has become one of the most influential chefs in the world.
